Training the last week has been awful. After hitting heavy events last Saturday I felt a little ran down but thought it was because of my CNS taking a hit from the heavy yoke carries. Still didn't feel 100% on Monday but still decided to get my 5×4 @ 80% in on deadlifts. I woke up Tuesday with a bad head cold. I put my training on hold. After these last few days I feel good physically and mentally. I'm ready to get back to it tomorrow.
Video is from Monday's deadlift session. Everything moved well considering the weight was accidentally 10# more than it was supposed to be.
