That's true for a #male too, even if they are masters at masking their mental #tension, a man's swimmers will likely take a hit when he is stressed! But then, nowadays, how can someone not be #stressed? If they are not then they are not modern and not going with the flow!! Sounds funny but, sadly, realistic and true!

I have been on this journey of working on myself for some time. Everyone can see my physical transformation, but what most people can't see is what's going on behind the scenes. .
Sometimes stress takes over my life. But honestly who doesn't have a little stress in their life? I just always blow things out of proportion, and seem to be more stressed than most. A N X I E T Y at it's finest guys. .
It goes back to my high school days, but really peaked in college. The little worries became big worries. My daily routine would be thrown off by everything I had to do. My list of things to complete and my lack of time management skills would conflict. It's become even more prevalent as I became a mom and started planning a wedding, and now a big move all while working full time, chasing a very active, very dependent child. .
Ross and I have been faced with some hard decisions lately, and adult life has been smacking us in the face with a ton of bricks. Of course this isn't helping my anxiety any. But all I can do is take it day by day. Hour by hour. Here's to the next hour of drinking my energize drink and checking BIG things off my to-do list. Big things that will help our family improve for the better, because although life gets tough, we won't quit
