Being water 💦 It’s more important to me than ever that I refine the quality of movement. Every single thing that I do feeds into one another. Therefore, I try my best not to half ass anything. Improving anything is a summation of individual components. IF you don’t spend time and invest in quality of each thing, then how does one expect the complexity to reflect quality. You get out what you put in, plane and simple. Now spend more time in the nourishing waters.
