Today was a great day thankful for being given the opportunity to do an interview in #concret new studio. I'm blessed to be part of such a great group of people. Found out today there's some great things that are in the works. So thankful for the opportunities that God as open for me. I'll never complain about staying so busy or always working nonstop. To whom much is given much is required take opportunity when they are given.

Leg daayyy ♀️ Warm up details are in the video with each exercise. Make sure to always stretch and loosen up before you start any body workout. *After warmup*: 8 lunges w/dumbbell (or w/o) both legs
Kickbacks each leg - 3 sets x 15 reps
Leg presses - 3x12
Single legged presses - 3x8
Squats - 3x12 reps. 115 lbs. (use whatever weight makes you feel comfortable)
