It’s easy to get stuck in certain patterns and behaviours that no longer serve us the way they once did (assuming they did at all). If you’re spending time before every session trying different exercises and protocols to extend mobility or warm up, ask yourself this:
Is this actually having a long term effect?
If not, what’s the point?
