Targets back, abs, and butt.
It might look like a good position for a snooze, but this move will boost your backside by focusing on small, controlled pulses to target multiple muscle groups.
Teaching points: Keep your knees wide and your heels together as you pulse up and down. To make this move harder, you got to lift your chest off the ground and reach your arms forward. Do 50-100 reps at the end of your workout.
