Pilates Exercise
- side twist lift (modified version)
Benefits
- strengthen abs - work on obliques
- strengthen shoulders and arms
- enhance shoulder stability
- engage inner thigh muscles
Reminders
- Positioning is crucial here
- do no shift hips back to compromise
- ankle to fingers should be one straight line
- shoulders is over your wrist (Avoid overextension of wrist)

1. Place both hands over your heart
2. Breathe in for 5 seconds and it for 5 seconds.
3. Think about something that you absolutely love or feel hugely grateful for. Or reach to a time when you feel happy, healthy, and successful and let all those feelings come rushing back.
4. Repeat this for 3 minutes, 3 times per day :)
