A few clips from today's workout... Started with Smith machine Shoulder press going in front of the head to focus on front delts, 4x8 heavy, drop set to half the weight and go to failure.
Medium weight/high rep upright rows to get the opposite motion, and really burn out the front delt. Push through the pain!
Next, got this from the genius himself, @smith.julian. Seated dumbbell side lateral raises, but only doing partial reps here at the bottom allows for you to overload your shoulders with the weight, and do tons of reps! It burns!
Super set that with standing dumbbell side lateral raises. Light weight, slight pause near the top of the movement, then push a little further and really squeeze your shoulders. Then straight into some bent over rear delt flys to finish.
