I truly I did N-O-T not want to do my workout today! I was tired, it's cold and rainy outside ️and I didn't want to get out of my warm cozy bed!! (I'm sure you know what I mean, excuses, excuses!) When you feel yourself hesitate before doing something that you know you should do, count 5-4-3-2-1-GO and move towards action.
You only get this moment once, how you choose to spend it is your choice.
And I may not have given my workout 100% but I showed up, I did it, and I'm proud that.
