I have a knotted, inflamed muscle in my right leg that has kept me from running/doing lower body workouts the last few days it’s amazing how much not working out affects me since shifting my perspective towards viewing working out as an act of self-care.

HOMEMADE COCONUT ALMOND MILK
Recipe: Soak 1 cup raw almonds in water overnight or for at least 6 hours. Add to a blender with 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, 3 cups water, and a pinch of cinnamon. You can also add a few dates to sweeten it up. Pour through a cheesecloth to strain it and enjoy!

Today is the beginning of my last week with my 21 day fix workouts!!! It feels awesome to be nearly done. I’m also thinking about what one I’m going to do next...but the point is this isn’t just over after the workouts end. This is an ongoing thing. This is a LIFESTYLE!!!
