Alright everyone, it’s been a YEAR since @catie.brier.contortion and I hosted the #MarchMiddles challenge So this March, we bring to you… #HandstandswithCatieandJen!!! This challenge will ramp up your handstand technique, get you STRONGER upside down, AND incorporate injury prevention along the way...because who here has time for injuries We will be posting exercises on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 3 weeks, starting on Monday, March 5th!
