I don't always go to Trader Joe's, but when I do I stock up on this amazing stuff. Over the years I've tried many different kinds of stevia, and this is my very favorite. It tastes great and costs about half the price of most others. Why not stock up?? What's your favorite staple in your pantry?
I had lots of fun playing in the sun this weekend, which means I did not get my lunches prepped for work. This is my yummy go-to. I threw some sprouted rice/quinoa blend in the rice cooker while I worked out, added some frozen chicken breast strips and peas. I made a quick sauce from 1 tsp sesame oil, liquid aminos and a little fish sauce. A good tip for my container loving friends: the orange one leaks (lesson learned the hard way), so now I always put it inside my larger food container. #NoMealPrepNoProblem
I don't wear dresses very often, but when the summer heat hits, it's much more comfortable for me to throw on a sundress. What about you? What's comfortable on a hot day? || I got so wrapped up in household chores before church I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast. Pulled a double today to finish my 7 day program on schedule. It was challenging, but doable with the modifications. Overall I stuck to modifications for about 75% of the workouts this week and I can feel the burn in my hip flexors and my abs. I no longer feel like the modifier symbols weakness on my part, but mental strength to finish before burning out and knowledge that I'm being gentle with my body. Just over 3 weeks before my relay...perfect time to jump into 21 Day Fix tomorrow! My Challenge Group is starting as well, anyone wanna jump in?? #sundaysweatsesh
