J'ai repris le #TBC mais je ne suis pas le programme, je reprends deux,trois exercices et je fais mon propre programme 🏋🏻‍♀️ Le TBC est pas mal mais trop intensif pour moi 🔥😰 Il m'a fait souffrir au niveau des genoux et je n'arrivais pas à faire les exos 😒 Donc je fais un programme à mon rythme sinon je ne tiendrai jamais 🙁 Ce midi c'était haché à la dinde, pâtes, pommes de terre, salade, fromage et yaourt 🍽️🥗🍝🥔 Gros repas mais je dois tenir jusqu'à minuit, car je travaille du soir et je ne mange que vers minuit 🌑 C'est tard je le sais mais je n'ai pas le choix 😔 Mais bon, c'est comme ça. ☀️ H A P P Y S U N D A Y ☀️

Sundays usually mean waking up early and getting chores done around my apartment and then grocery shopping and meal prepping but this morning when I woke up, knowing that tomorrow is a day off, I slowed down. I just spent 35 minutes reading a book to help better myself and also do something that I rarely get to do. I get so caught up with the day to day events of work and social obligations that I lack giving myself some "me" time. It was SO nice not rushing around this morning and honestly, I feel more energized and just plain happy so I'm excited to get everything mentioned above done, plus some!

I know that life happens and we all have busy schedules, but we also deserve to slow down sometimes and focus on ourselves.
