I'm feeling blah and my body is trying to fight off something. I didn't really feel like cooking dinner, so out came my Instant Pot to do the cooking for me. I threw together a pot of soup, no recipe, with what I had on hand. I chose to go Creamy Italian. I pressure cooked boneless chicken thighs for ten minutes, shredded the chicken. Added homemade Chicken Bone Broth, chopped veggies (celery, cauliflower, carrots, baby bella mushrooms, garlic) seasoned with Garlic & Herbs, Turmeric, Nutritional Yeast and added Butter and Heavy Cream.
