The back is probably the most complex group of muscles. When it comes to training you need to do a lot of variety and tons of volume. ———————————————-If your back is lacking I would recommend 2-3x a week

Day 1 heavy compounds barbell rows dead lifts t bar rows.

(Back day 2) lots of volume reps supersets dropsets low rest and more machine and isolation exercises.

(Back Day 3) lots of controlled reps time under tension really focusing and squeezing each rep go as light as u need and really focus on the eccentric part of the movement and lengthening your muscle as much as possible.

The thing most people don't understand is that time IS on your side. No one picks up weights and magically gets bigger, it's a process.
It took me 6 months for me to see even a small amount of gains (left), and another 6 months for me to appreciate how far I've come from that (right). It doesn't matter how young or how old. Don't expect immediate results. Keep striving everyday, and before you know it, all of your hard work will pay off. 💪

Solid session this morning. I’m training through a sore pec. It’s forcing me to really pay attention to my form—all aspects. First video shows 365x2 for a struggling double. Program called for top sets at 340, but I wanted to see what I could handle. Next few videos are a range of weights from 545-585 for doubles. Got in a beltless double PR at 565. I prolly could have hit a set of 585x5 if I wasn’t going for volume.
Back feels good and the pump was real this morning as Monday’s are B.Rutal! The gym vibe was great this morning as always. I love being a part of such a stellar tribe of athletes at @armorgymknox!
