This is just about everyone’s favourite Blueberry Smoothie.
Blueberries are a good source of vitamin K. They also contain vitamin C, fibre, manganese and other antioxidants (notably anthocyanins). Valued for its high levels of antioxidants, some nutritionists believe that if you make only one change to your diet, it should be to add blueberries.

1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/2 c coconut milk
2 tsp vanilla protein
1 tsp cinnamon
Blend and enjoy

Oooooo black bean avocado coffee protein brownie! 😆😆 Throw the following ingredients into a food processor: + 1 can of rinsed black beans
+ 1 scoop chocolate @orangefit.nl protein powder
+ 1/2 ripe avocado
+ 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
+ 1 whole egg (you can leave out if vegan)
+ 3 - 4 Tbsp instant coffee
+ 1 tsp baking powder
+ 1 tsp baking soda
+ 1 tsp vanilla extract
+ pinch of sea or Himalayan salt

Turn on food processor.
Add non-dairy milk substitute, such as @oatly, while blending to make into a batter-like consistency.

Put batter into lightly greased pan (I used vegan butter). Add in some walnuts.
Bake in oven at 215 degree Celsius for about 12 mins.
