Headed to Disney a week from Saturday and I need new shorts because nothing fits! Never in my life did I think I would be buying size 4. I've gone from a size 18/20 to a size 4. I just can't believe it! Sometimes it doesn't feel real!
Sidebar, I've never been to Disney and I am so excited to go!!! Also, hit 10,000 steps already today! A day off, gym and shopping will do that to ya #nsv#vacation#proudmoments#target#mytransformation#transformation

Wishing Jake Aikman a happy birthday, and all the best from the SMAC Gallery team!
Aikman recently took part in the ArtUnitedUs urban art project, where he painted a striking three-storey mural on the side of a building in Kiev, Ukraine. The art project collaborates with communities to raise public awareness of issues around war, aggression, and violence. The programme aims to unite 200 artists around the world through large-scale, public artworks. Aikman's work will be included in SMAC gallery's presentation at the 1:54 Contemporary African Art Fair in London, UK (05 - 08 October 2017). Pictured here: Jake Aikman in his studio
