What a special night tonight was☆
So full of laughter, love, family, and unity! We laughed so hard we cried, I felt truly how much we are one tonight and that is such an incredibly magical feeling and one I will go to bed cherrishing! I love that we can joke and just be ourselves and comfortable with one another and we are all brought together through dance and expression ♡ I am so blessed to live this as my life, thank you thank you thank you for everyday and every laugh, every happy tear, every hug, every smile, and every moment ♡ #imgonnaballlikeababyatrecital#proudmoments
Just a little taste of today's workout, which I LOVED!! It may not seem like much to most, but to me this level of endurance I have now is something I never imagined having. I never thought I would be where I am now, but I believed in myself and pushed myself, way out of my comfort zone! And here I am. If I can do this, anyone can. Trust in yourself, take small steps, just keep going and you can achieve whatever you set your mind to.
And I have to say, it cracks me up because I watch the video and see what the girls are up to behind me. They're too much
To my mother, the woman who was always right by my side, the one who believed in me when I didn't believe in myself.. Kealeboga, you may not be here to celebrate with us but ditiro tsa gago dia bonagala. And to the rest of my family Thank you, Thank you, Thank you #proudmoments
So so proud of this girl! Five years ago I had never heard of CDH (congenital diaphragmatic hernia). I met the sweetest girl in grade 3 who was actively fighting her condition and had undergone more invasive procedures than a young child should have to endure. She never complained and always had that beautiful smile. She actively fundraises and works her butt off to create awareness for other children with CDH.
I invited that little girl in grade 3 to sing at the Perseverance Recognition Assembly the song "The Climb", by Miley Cyrus, because she loves to sing and exemplifies that character trait. Five years later she is graduating from grade 8 and sang the song again at our final assembly of the year. This young lady and her family inspire me daily! #proudmoments, #superkid , #cdhawareness
