Today it was time for this weeks first back and biceps day It went pretty good as it use to, and for this session I did it all in circuits. I got to do all of my favourite exercises, so that's something to say yay for This was it
High pully x10.
Biceps curl x12.
Overhead biceps curl x10.
V-bar pulldown x12.
One armed row x12.
Straight armed pulldown x10.
Hammer curl x10.
All of the exercises got done in 4 sets. I promise you, it will all burn in the end

I had a tight schedule today, but I managed to get in a hour of good and effective booty training♀️ I'm really starting to like the leg sessions! I've always hated it, but lately I've started to feel so good contact and enjoyment, so YAY This was what I got to do today:
Deep squats in smith 5x12. (with new weight PR, finally!)
Good mornings in hack 4x12.
Glute kickbacks in smith 4x10.
Glute pushdowns 3x12
