Let me tell you why I love MMA Training and how it can increase your performance!
1. Fit and Fast - Not only need to endure the whole programs and sessions, but it is also about how fast you move your feet together with the punch and/or kicks (specially when I follow the Pro Team led by the head coach itself @martijn_dej) . But if you are new into this training , always remember Techniques first then you can have Speed and Power when you ready. .
2. Self Defense - what woman needs nowadays when we usually travel everywhere alone. The ability to defend and protect ourselves from any bad things we would never expect (knock the wood) . But when we know the technique and at least we know how to give a hard punch , we can fight and/or distract them. Stay safe but always be ready. .
3. Build Self Confidence - of course after those 2 above , self confidence will come up as we get fitter. And number one rules is have fun. .
Martial Arts isnt a crime, you learn and you will get advantage of the trainings. So, jump in there, put your gloves on, find your trainers at @celebrityfitnessindonesia cause we have special space for you to train and we have so many certified trainers who can help you with that! - you can ask me for help or advice , just drop me a DM :) .

What a great #artbasel week with so many loved ones and surrounded by so much art!! Thank you to @puma for your interactive pop-up event, @athleta for having me host a killer barreless barre class, @zenshe for your beautiful performance + masterpiece and all of the acro monkeys for hanging around town w/me & giggling the time away (@southbeachsofia you're one strong cookie!!) Now for some zZz's
Monday's set the tone for the rest of the week... what kinda week are YOU gonna have?! Me? I'm gonna SLAY. ALL. DAY
This is the exact circuit the #BStrongFitFam did this AM:
25sec per side: RIP Trainer Unilateral Chest Press
50sec Sandbag RDL
25sec per side: Squat + 1-arm KB High Pull
25sec per side: Reverse Lunge + 1-arm Shoulder Press
We did 50sec work per station; 10sec rest between stations; x 3-4 rounds; no rest between rounds.
Then we finished with the following #battleropes burn-out [the 1st part of the vid demos it]: 30sec work/30sec rest x 3-4 rounds of undulating wave sprints. When you feel the pace of your waves slowing, do a squat jump & slam the ropes, then "sprint" again until you start to slow, then jump & slam again. Repeat until 30sec is up, then rest 30sec. [You can totally shorten the work to 20sec & lengthen the rest to 40sec... this is a tough one ].
