Been working on right-left plants lately to try to balance out legs and develop better coordination/bounce in my right, and got first ever windmills using that plant! Definitely like the way they look more this way just need to get it up higher so it can be equal to my normal approach. Got a nasty ripped blister from that second one but it's well worth it. AC with a rock the cradle/reverse windmill off one foot as well. A lot of times you don’t even have to wake your phone to get a result of an athlete suddenly willing to push their speed and strength to the next level. No one wants to be caught on video taking breaks, showing pain or weakness!)
