In today's meditation we practiced letting go of labels. Labels that people have placed upon us, ones we have placed on ourselves, and even labels like "I have chronic fatigue" or adrenal fatigue.
When we identify with a label it can almost solidify us, so I'm practicing not saying I have adrenal fatigue or hypothyroid this weekπŸ˜…βœŒπŸ½πŸ˜! When we find a way to connect with who we are underneath the labels we are able to be happy independent of the identity. πŸ’›

To be totally honest, my selfie game is not strong (πŸ˜‚understatement of the year). And my β€˜Instagram’ husband is much worse than me. So any pic we take seems to highlight the eye bags, bad lighting and all that goes in to making IG pics look bad. But I refuse to filter/photoshop it all so I am just gonna shove my phone where my face is and show you 3 things I love right now. 1) #bootybarre moves - obvs! Hate that I am missing my first summit in 3 yrs! Will miss all of y’all! Especially @vpilatesmtl and @studioapilatessa - my roomies. 😘. 2) my @push_activeliving vest - can see the strappy bra top without going full nekkid (I am shy that way ☺️)
3) my @daychaser.activewear leggings. Mesh without being too mesh if that makes sense 😜!

Unlike blood, the lymph system does not have a pump. It relies on the relaxation and the contraction of the muscles and joints to move it. Your lymphatic system can easily become stagnant, especially when it becomes overwhelmed with toxic debris. This not only leads impaired immunity and disease, but the development of cellulite, edema (fluid retention), chronic pain and fatty deposits. A sluggish lymphatic flow can also be a root cause of chronic sinusitis; swollen glands, ankles and eyes; eczema; arthritis; upper respiratory, sinus and ear infections; throat problems; colds; tonsillitis; bronchitis and pneumonia.

The good news is that keeping the lymph moving doesn’t take much – just a few daily exercises, plenty of water, and the inclusion of raw foods and herbs. When the lymph is working well, we stay healthy; and if we’re ill, it helps us to regain our health again. It is never too early to practice prevention, especially when it keeps our skin youthful and cellulite-free.
