Here is the last minute of my set - 10 minutes have never passed by so fast! Finally I reached my goal of 70 reps - I also got MS according to US standards, and a new world record in -58kg. I've cried a few tears of joy and said thank you to my amazing coach @coach_kjeldner a couple of times. Can't wait to see what comes next.

Nästa steg i min resa med @hannamodig och @reeboknordics mot en smidigare kropp och handstående är dessa 3 övningar. Kan ju erkänna att mina magmuskler svider varje gång jag har kört övningen med pilatesbollen. Det spelar ingen roll att jag redan kör mycket bål imed löpningen. Plus att denna övningen även låter överkropp/axlar jobba. Alla 3 övningar är grymt bra förberedelse inför handstående och uppbyggnad av styrka och balans. Och var inte oroliga om ni tappar balansen eller har svårt med koordinationen, ni är inte ensamma som ni kan se ;) I samarbete med @reeboknordics.

Next step towards a handstand and more flexible body are these 3 excersises. I can promise you that your abs will be sore. Mine are everytime i do this kind of excersise, even if i already do lots of core training for my running. Its really great work out both for your core and upperbody. All the excersises are great preparations for a handstand and will help you build up the strenght and balance. And hey, dont feel bad if you dont get the excersises all at once.
