Älskar denna stabiliserande comboövning för säte. ➡️ Gå 4 steg till höger, 4 steg till vänster. Kicka snett bak till höger 10 gånger och snett bak till vänster 10 gånger. UPPREPA 3 varv. OBSERVERA☝🏼❗️ hur jag låser i höften när jag går. Böj i knäna, pressa dom något ut för att skapa kontakten med rumpan. Ha hela tiden gummibandet spänt. Alltid avstånd mellan fötterna.
