Butterflies in my belly right now I just finished watching the intro & breakdown/modifications, and I'm getting ready to start a new #workout that I've been wanting to try for a while, #butiyoga . I'm excited to try something different, and I just finished a 5 day whole foods detox to get rid of the excess from the holidays. I'm SO ready to be #refreshed and #revitalize my #movement because I know how much more #alive and #energized I feel when I #nourish my #physical needs, which leads to such amazing #mentalhealth as well! And let's face it... #winter in #maine is a less than inspiring time of year with the frigid temperatures and short days (unless you enjoy being outdoors in it) which I don't. I'm dreaming about sunshine and warm days ahead!
