Currently using no supplements aside from creatine and aminos, and getting all protein, fat, and carbs through healthy eating. Yesterday was successful, got to test my lifts and worked up to 325 and missed the stupid jerk (315 here) and 265, missed 275 for snatch, I've never been a great lifter but I'm working on it! Strength program with Kelowna's strong man @sinister_tes helped a lot, he'll probably take all credit for it anyways. Finished with the weekly grind, 265 for 20 and adding 10lbs every week until I collapse. @crossfitokanagan .
