So I did this tub recently. The customer called another company to refinish it. Well, she wasn't happy with it as you can see. For some reason, they only did the bottom and about 3 inches up the sides and, well, it was poor work. Look at the drain, that was brand new before the other company got there.
After sanding off the mess on the bottom we refinished it.
First, I will not bad mouth another company, on social media or in person. You can see the pictures speak for themselves.
Second, I have recommended this company to do chip repairs many times for jobs I just couldn't get to. Not sure if that will happen again.
Now, they did reimburse the customer the full amount they charged, so at least they did some good.
In whatever you do, especially as a business, up your game and never let yourself get like this. If you start not caring or things become "good enough", stop. Reevaluate hour situation before you cause others lost time and money.
