Don't forget to eat on rest days!!! If you don't give your muscles fuel while they are trying to recover, they won't grow. Also remember that 1500 or so calories is most likely nowhere near enough to build muscle. Eat plenty for energy👌

Normally I like to take a #RestDay after workin #Legs but I woke up feeling great today and decided to move the schedule up a day. That means I was back to working my #back and #shoulders this morning. Tried to up the #weight on a few lifts and generally got a great workout in. Here's how it went;

2X10 Dumbell Row (40lbs & 45lbs)
3X15 Seated Cable Rows (130lbs)
3X15 V-Bar Pulldown (110lbs)
4X10 Barbell Shrug (110lbs)
3x10 Arnold Press(2×20lbs & 2×25lbs)
5X8 Shoulder Press (50lbs  60lbs×4)
3X12 One-Arm Side Laterals (15lbs)
3x12 Front Plate Raise (3Sec) (35lbs)
3X15 Standing Delt Raise (30lbs)
20 Minute StairMaster/Cardio
20 Minute Run/Cardio
2 Minute Walk/Cool Down

#NoDaysOff this week, fam. I've been slacking and eating poorly pretty regularly and it's but time I get back on track. Got to take my own advice and be stronger than my excuses and never give up!
