done,done and done?
yes I'm very proud,, and yet I hope this is only the beginning! My weight was the only reference I kept logging almost daily, which can be unhealthy at times i admit but I had to keep a reference to overview my journey which I find very important to keep me from slacking. I started to log other parameters later on while I continued learning more and more, I started logging visual changes, strength and cardiovascular development.. And finely I found #crossfit .. so ● 2018 Goal: Be Actually Fit, Do Crossfit!
