This is one of the only exercises that primarily targets all three portions of your shoulders, front side and rear all in one exercises. No matter what goals you hold for your shoulders, this is one movement that will give you monumental results!!!

TO EXECUTE: Using a relatively light dumbells,placing them facing forward at your side's. Raise both dumbell together in a v motion forward ,then the right arm to your side ,then back to the front and finally to your left. COMPLETE ALL THREE SIDES FOR ONE REP! Remember to raise all in a v formation to isolate your shoulders.
