Ropes are significant in that they create a dual-force dynamic effect, one that uses the force of gravity and the force created by rope waves to amplify and improve all of the human systems physiological response. Next, half moon squats with kettle bell not only work your glutes but are also an effective way to work the core by having to stabilize the body with a high impact movement. Finally TRX abs training requires that you brace and stabilize with your abs, obliques and lower-back so you can leverage your own bodyweight as resistance. Fantastic way to fire up that core.
