Cake day run! It was 10km on the nose but I stopped my watch early to change tunes 😭 not entirely pain free but longest run since October and getting better every time so that's a pretty good present if you ask me 🦄 hopefully in one month will be ready to run a slow half marathon race 💜🙆🏼

This run sucked so much that I'm impressed I even got 5 miles in. I couldn't breathe right, I couldn't find a comfortable rhythm, and my legs felt like lead. Hot is an understatement 😓 At least my henna from @thehennatouch looks amazing 🤗
