I’ve always hated the treadmill and anything more than 6 miles has always been torturous for me but today I ran 8 miles and actually enjoyed it?! (I can’t believe I just said that.. enjoyed it??) I took my iPad with me and watched a Indian movie. I think it may have been because I haven’t watched one in so long I was excited and it kept my mind off of running on the treadmill. I will say the only think that sucked is my headphones. For some reason they just weren’t loud enough today. I had to read to subtitles to see what they were saying. It may have been the tv someone was watching or just the noise of the treadmill but either way I enjoyed it. Maybe running on the treadmill won’t be so bad this winter?!
What do you do when your running on the treadmill?
Got into the city early and decided to go for a run before hitting the job site.
Running in the streets of downtown Boston was tricky but I managed to treat it as a sprint work out maximizing my speed between lights.
Yogurt bowl on repeat with granola from @homegrownlivingfoods . I've been dragging my feet with running for a couple of weeks, but I finally found my pace, and settled in for an easy 5k before breakfast.
