The A-50 aircraft detects and identifies airborne objects, determines their coordinates and flight path data and transfers the information to command posts. The A-50 also acts as a control centre, guiding fighter-interceptors and tactical air force aircraft to combat areas in order to attack ground targets at low altitudes. The role of the A-50 is comparable to that of the US's E-3 AEW system developed by Boeing.
The A-50 carries out patrol missions at an altitude of 5,000m to 10,000m. The patrol service ceiling is 10km. The maximum flight range of the aircraft is 5,000km and the flight endurance is seven hours 40 minutes. At a range of 2,000km, the A-50 can remain on patrol for up to one hour 25 minutes. The aircraft is manned by five flight crew and ten mission crew. The maximum take-off weight of the aircraft is 170,000kg. It can travel at a maximum speed of 800km/h.
The A-50U airborne radar warning and guidance system is the Schnel-M produced by Vega. It comprises:
data reduction system
interrogator-responder and signal transmission system
digital computer complex
identification friend or foe (IFF) equipment
command radio link to guide fighters
encoding communication system
radio communication equipment
telemetry / code equipment
The radar and guidance systems have the capacity to track 50 to 60 targets simultaneously and to guide ten to 12 fighter aircraft simultaneously

Russian “Wagner Group” private military contractors in Syria.
The pay of Wagner private military contractors (PMCs), who are usually retired Russian special operators or regular servicemen aged between 35 and 50, is estimated to be between 80,000 and 250,000 Russian rubles a month. One source also stated the pay was as high as 300,000 ( 5,200 USD). Wagner is believed to have a membership of 1,000-5,000, is registered in Argentina, and has its members train at a Russian Spetsnaz facility Molkino near the village of Molkin in Krasnodar Krai. The company also has offices in Saint Petersburg
Wagner contractors have been described as "ghost soldiers", due to the Russian government not officially acknowledging them. When new PMC recruits arrive at the training camp, they are no longer allowed to use social network services and other Internet resources. Company employees are not allowed to post photos, texts, audio and video recordings or any other information on the Internet that was obtained during their training. Company employees are not allowed to tell anyone their location, whether they are in Russia or another country. Mobile phones, tablets and other means of communication are left with the company and issued at a certain time with the permission of their commander. Passports and other documents are surrendered and in return company employees receive a nameless dog tag with a personal number.
Wagner is also believed to have a Serbian unit, which was until at least April 2016 under command of Davor Savičić, a Bosnian Serb who was a member of the Serb Volunteer Guard (also known as Arkan's Tigers ) during the Bosnian War and Serbia's Special Operations Unit (JSO) during the Kosovo War. He was also reported to had been involved in the first offensive to capture Palmyra from the Islamic State (ISIL) in early 2016.

Bill Maher, who is still a thing, would like very much for America to begin further escalations with the only other nuclear superpower on the planet. Apparently unsatisfied with the crushing sanctions, global psyops campaign, active election meddling, NATO expansionism and psychotic proxy wars the US has already been shoving forward for years, Maher says it’s time for America to start turning up the heat on Russia.
On a recent episode of whatever the fuck his show is called now, Maher began his closing segment with the words, “New rule: if Russia is going to keep attacking America, then America really should fight back.” He went on to explain what he meant by the moronic turd loaf he’d just uttered in a searingly unfunny monologue about Kremlin trolls and social media.
“The conventional wisdom,” Maher droned in his intolerable it’s-true-because-I-say-so voice, “is that in the 1980s Saint Ronald Reagan defeated the Soviet Union, you know, and then the Berlin Wall came down and everybody was friends. But what really happened was we stopped fighting the Cold War, but the Russians never did,” rewriting history so as to exclude minor details like the well-established fact that America was openly rigging Russia’s elections well into the mid-nineties. “There is an entire building in St. Petersburg filled with a Russian troll army,” Maher continued. “Hundreds of employees of their defense department, sitting in front of computers, pretending to be Americans, and creating thousands of tweets, memes, news site comments, and flat-out fake stories designed not to take sides on any issue, but just to get us fighting about it. To create chaos, the better to elect the chaos candidate.”
The building Maher is referring to was reported on by the New York Times in 2015, back before mainstream liberals were told Russia was something they should care about. It allegedly employed about 300 internet shills, only a small fraction of which were dedicated to English-language trolling. So obviously definitely something worth starting World War Three over.
