Good morning everyone. Today's theme is festivals. Kerala is rich in a lot of festivities and cultural rituals and photographers have always been curious about them. We've been getting a lot of tags on this theme and what better one and Iger spotlight to start off with.

Kodungallur temple in Thrissur and is believed to be one of the most ancient temples in India. So are the festivals in here. The idol of Bhadrakali or popularly known as Kodungallur Amma is worshipped here. Although 'Bhadrakali' means 'good goddess of time' it has been getting the popularity for out of context rituals.

This Iger has captured the intensity during the Bharani festival which is one of the most awaited just as any other photo in his feed. Be sure to check his profile for more awesome shots.
