Although many of you already know/figured it out, I'm super excited to share that I'll be competing in my very first fitness competition this fall!! I was hesitant to compete during this time of the year as prep will take over the remainder of the summer (goodbye sangria and cheat meals), however I've also always loved a good challenge and am especially looking forward to this one! 100% ready to give it all I've got alongside the best coach @jamesxtrain, and excited to step on stage as a bikini athlete for the first time

Squats are my number one exercise when training legs. Basic but so effective compound training movements. Compound movements put multiple muscle groups and joints to work. They can help you gain lean muscle mass and burn more calories while spending less time at the gym. You might see a lot of legs workout here on my page but it's because I'm focusing on growing my legs and I also want to get stronger. Today I did (225 lbs X 2) not this video, and it feels really good to improve little by little. Which of my ladies like to train heavy?
