It's absolute Incline dumbell flyening
Nice little 3 sets of 12-15, I believe I only got 11 here. Not as much a fan of DB flies VS machine flies, but since I do machine flies on my upper power day, I do these on hyper day.
Prep starts Monday, so I'm very excited so far with my new program. The amount of volume feels perfect to start with, and I'm hoping to make consistent progress with the program as well as my fat loss.

Testing a new split this week to see what types of strength training and volume I'll be able to handle while Prepping.
This was my last set of conventional deadlifts, hitting a very pleb 440x5. Hoping to at least maintain this strength in the coming months! We will see what I can bring to the table. Either that or prolapse
