Worked up to a heavy back skwaat double, ended at 455# knee is starting to feel a lot better. Then we hit some block werk hit a nice little PR at 235#. Then we put a little spin on the conditioning piece and subbed the barbell for kettlebells and man was it rough. So excited to hi lt a workout with the @generatorcrossfit Krew then smash a bunch of food with the family tomorrow!
