Tuesday night. Tried that there #spaghettisquash that people seem to love so much. I love cooking and I love creating beautiful plates of food that not only look good but taste amazing as well. Imma make a pretty dope housewife one day.
Prepping my veggies for the week! By washing & cutting your veggies you will be able to cut your cooking time by quite a lot & motivate you to cook healthy meals as well. Which is definitely worth the effort Missing my avocados but since they can ripen all of a sudden Im buying them every 2 days to avoid all going ripe at once.
Upper body with Kelli, followed by eggs for breakfast. I made spaghetti squash for lunch, with tomato sauce, pesto, and cheese. It helped me feel full, but not busting . I came home with extra energy, so I did tomorrow's cardio session, and I'm pretty sure it took everything I had left, energywise. Somehow, I mustered the motivation to make black bean tortilla wraps , because I wanted to finish the day on a high note, and I already gave in to the easy pasta life yesterday. .
On another note, I signed up to a gym today. I like working out at home, but I miss group fitness, especially fitness. I also love the idea of a workout space close to work so I can get the workouts done sooner and get to bed earlier. Plus, I spend an unhealthy amount of time in my house, and just really like the idea of having somewhere else to be.
