My lil workout buddy joined me today We have 23 days til Mexico and 16 days left in this program. I committed to my challengers that I was going to give up treats until Mexico and then prob again after. My back is getting so bad and I know I need to try & get some of this weight off..... which means tightening up my nutrition and pushing myself a lil harder in my workouts. 20 Minute #Squat challenge day 3....464 squats(14 more than yesterday)! Longest 20 minutes so far!!! Part of me is hesitant to push out the last few because what if I can't hit that minimum tomorrow and I have to do the extra 20 minutes post Speed workout? The other part of me is just happy I got it done again!
