Burpee‘s with kettle bell 15 x4
Mountain climbers abs lunges squats all with 20 or 15 lbs bell.. exhausting.
Then I had spin class -I didn’t want to go
But the same group goes all the time and the looked at me like I’m missing a part of my brain when I said I think I’m done..
So spin class it is.. boy was a struggle at first.. but the Music was blasting and 45 minutes went really fast and I’m so glad I stayed.
Now I’m officially tired . Happy Monday
