Before relying on an outside source for stabilization (a belt), you must learn to stabilize through 360 degrees of breathing (not just the diaphragm🤭). Appreciate and train your breath! It will either limit, or drive your success. Just think- if load is continually placed on an unstable structure, failure is eminent. If you’re not breathing, you’re failing. .
