After getting taught how to properly perform a deadlift earlier in the week, this was my first ‘real’ attempt to lift some serious weight. If you told me I would be able lift 140kgs after a 5 minute demonstration, I’d call you crazy! Now I’m looking to up the weight and lift 160kgs by Monday
