Not bad for my first official year competing.
Now it's time for a bit of a break, rehab some niggles, set some lofty goals and hit 2018 running.
Haven't done an ab workout video in a while, so this is an example of what I normally do #planks and variations I kind of made up that make the abs BURN.I usually work abs for about 25-30 mins with verrry short breaks.
