POW 💪 LEGDAY goodday, still improving on my front squat game, played around with a clean grip for the warm up sets and first few set of 10 working through the lower weights just to get use to the technique, feel more comfortable with the crossover grip so used this when I needed to concentrate on the lift. Although my pb is 100kg for 5, as you will see in the last front squat video my depth or ROM (range of movement) was not great, worked on this and today's 95kg for 7 looked and felt a lot nicer, get deeper into the squat, and was nice to power out with tension and weight on the outside of both feet and knees, 100kg for 7 next week, ended this session with 5 x hack squats, 5 x back squats 70kg x 15 and then various lunges. #happylegday
