But I am really fine LOL. Time to invest in better clips. 315 came up easy so I bumped up, but mid lift the weight began to slip off so I misgrooved. Then at the top it went full see saw. Was looking to hit near my all time best of 159kg/350lbs today but I'll come back for it in competition. Conservative training max set for the next cycle at least.
Part of me wanted to get back under that bar but we have to think long term. There will be many other opportunities to display strength and you should spend more time building it than testing it. The sport is a marathon not a sprint.
