I saw a clear sky last night and seized the moment to capture the milkyway before we dont see it in our hemisphere for sometime again. Throwing my camera bag on my back felt different and new. I hadn't been out in a while and thought this would be the best opportunity. Having been to the location before I had a vague idea of where the Aurora would be (if there were to be any). So i set up to shoot this panorama right before my startrail, and what do ya know; The Aurora made an appearance. This by far had to be the best night out shooting in a long time, aswell as 1 of my all time favourite photos to date. And this is only 10 minutes from my house. Can ya believe it!?
