Late shoulder day post from the wknd! I've been working out for a long time now and still I know there is so much more to learn when it comes to every exercise... it's not just about doing the motion, it's the setup, mental focus, pace, angles, time under tension, etc, etc. I really do believe the best thing anyone could ever do for their health is have the opportunity to work with a coach who truly understands all these pieces and can help you to learn them. Who needs filters when your smoothie bowl looks this delicious
I had no topping at home, so it could have been prettier haha but it is absolutely delicious
I enjoy smoothie bowls because I tend to make my smoothies so thick that I can't drink them but they're so delicious and I don't want to wait for it to melt enough to be able to drink!
I love smoothies for when I'm in a rush and still wanting something nutrition packed and delicious with minimal processing.
Even if you only have 5 minutes in the morning before work/gym/school whatever it may be, whip up a quick smoothie so that you're tank isn't running on empty. You need to fuel your busy life with nutrients so that your brain and body can properly function throughout the day. -
Properly fuelling your body from the start of the day can help prevent cravings and binging, it can help with mental clarity, and it can help with focus (instead of thinking about how hungry you are). -
Even if you normally skip breakfast, try something small and easy on the stomach to allow your body to slowly get used to taking in nutrients throughout your day.
