I was pretty horrified this morning with how tight my hips were. I haven't done any proper weightlifting training for 2 weeks nor my daily stretching. With not doing either one of those my posture and technique was pretty bad for me. I've been stuck at computer for weeks finishing my major law assignments which have made me quite exhausted and tight.
Haven't done much of anything really. Stretching is IMPORTANT whether you're an athlete or sitting at a desk.
Couldn't stress it enough for people out there for mental and psychical health.

Wanted to share these two stretches that keep my neck and crochet hook holding hand’s shoulder from stiffening to the point of intense pain.
1. With straight spine, pull shoulder blades together, then slowly stretch neck left, attempting to touch ear to shoulder. Repeat on the right. *repeat once on both sides.
2. Drop shoulders and breastbone. Lengthen neck, bend back neck slightly and make small circles with top of head. First counterclockwise several rotations, then clockwise several rotations. *repeat once on both sides. *Repeat both stretches through again once. Do this every half hour or so while crocheting.
