I've had to learn a hard life lesson recently. But, what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger and what you learn from that life lesson will help you avoid making the same mistake again.

So, Im gonna try to bump up to 110/115 now. Starting Monday, I've made a program for myself based on what hours and hours of studying och just as many hours studying my body for what will work and not. So this is my last "chill" week if you want to call it that. Hopefully this program will work. but it will be far from easy!
