We got out on our mountain bikes for the first time today in a couple weeks and while I was riding I couldn’t stop thinking about how strong I was the summer before last. I had just started mountain biking but was lifting 6 days a week. I was full on #beastmode and it felt damn good. Remembering that feeling fired me up to get outside and work that booty today after our ride. We can be our own worst critics or we can choose to be our own biggest motivators...what’s it gonna be girl?! Motivate yo’self!
