Without doubt the BEST meal of my first quarter of 2017! I'll now learn to trust Michelin as they really make superb recommendations when it comes to food
The restaurant week menu begins with a starter of Hokkaido Scallop mousse, which is so light and fluffy with an almost Souffle texture, wrapped in a very thin layer of deep fried crispy skin, which couples perfectly with the refreshing apple salad. Absolutely amazing to start the meal! The main dish is slow cooked pork belly which I didn't find as impressive as the starter but it was definitely deliciously tangy with a smokey flavour.
The dish to end the treat is a tom yum glass noodle with prawn. Another dish which totally captured my . It is full of coconut and tom yum flavour but not too intense, with the prawn super fresh and tangy and the glass noodle absorbing all the essence of the soup. YUMMY
It was a great dining experience and I'll really want to come back to try more of their menus!!
