"Our greatest battles are that with our minds" - Jameson Frank
Today, I overcame self-doubt to push 302 lbs not once or twice, but 8 times! Albeit my stabilizer muscles are removed from the push process, it still requires remarkable strength and determination to move that amount of weight 8 times. It's amazing what one can achieve by simply closing his/her eyes and imagining the unthinkable. Train your mind everyday to envision possibilities and speak them into existence. But be prepared to fail many times before succeeding. Failure builds character (and muscles ). The power of positive thinking is undeniable.
