Recept:
-kipfilet koken en in sliertjes uit elkaar trekken met 2 vorken
-zakje thaise roerbakgroente.
-rijstvellen
-sriracha saus of een loempiasaus
De rijstvellen even laten weken in koud water, in het midden kip en groente leggen en de vellen oprollen tot een soort loempiavorm. Je kunt er van alles extra in doen en mee variëren. Garnalen, avocado, sla, wat je maar lekker vindt. Ook prima mee te nemen als lunch naar je werk!
