Yesterday I had issues standing up a 240lb snatch and today the legs bounce back feeling strong!!! #teamparagon is ready for this open!! Warm up- 3R of 10 cal bike and 15 strict press 65lb.

#metcon was 21-15-9 of double db squat cleans 50lb and hspu. This lil guy completely crushed me (5:22)
#interval was 12 min amrap of 12 cal assault bike, 9 t2b, 30 second rest (15 second rest short of 10 full rounds)
Happy #TransformationTuesday! If it weren’t for photos, I wouldn’t notice a difference in certain areas of my body. In the middle & right photos, I’m the same weight but my arms and legs are definitely more built now. I had cardio incorporated into my workouts a lot more when my goal was to shed weight then I limited it to 3 times a week. Cardio bores the crap out of me (unless it’s hiking) but it’s still an essential part of fitness
