Y’all always tell me you love how positive I am and wish you could be like that, but just know that I have bad days too. I’m not perfect! I don’t feel like writing that novel anymore bc I woke up feeling great so0o0o0o the feelings from yesterday are irrelevant.
I’m off to work and then date night with my mans tonight for sweetest day yeah it’s a cliche holiday and what not but we still gon be cute and do shit bc who’s gonna stop us!!! Nobody!!!

Happy saturday! I hope everyone had a killer week and is ready to carry that on into the weekend! I wanted to talk a little bit about (what I feel) is an underrated bicep exercise- 21s (1st clip)
How to do it: start with the weights in your hands, and 7 reps starting from the bottom stopping at about 90 degrees
next you’re going to do 7 FULL reps (so that’s starting at the bottom and curling all the way to the top-using your full range of motion)
next you’re going to do 7 more reps only working from 90 degrees to the top.
Do all 3 movements without stopping.
Why should you be doing these?: your bicep consists of muscles (the long head and short head) and a lot of the time, without realizing it. we’re not using our full range of motion when doing bicep curls. Doing 21s (also known as partial reps) hits both the long and short head of the bicep and in doing so can help kick-start growth in that muscle since it will be under constant tension while doing the exercise. It also fatigues the muscles so they work harder, which in turn
results in growth #gainz and more calories #burned for that slim, toned look
I usually do 21s as either a warmup at the very beginning of my workout or as a finisher at the very end, using light weight (I have 7.5 here), doing about 3-4 sets️♀️
