Good morning from some of our teen boys group! One important part of what we do is our pre-teen and teen mentoring groups, where we talk about issues such as self-esteem, relationships, personal hygiene, and looking out for each other. It's a wonderful space for them to speak about personal issues in a safe environment, and everyone finds them to be very helpful in building trust and relationships!
Ladies, let's put our words of life, love and hope into action once again. We have 50 teenagers in the Bronx who are in need of prom dresses this season. Last year we exceeded our goal and sent over 200 gowns to Savoonga, a small Village in Alaska. This year we have teamed up with Ally G's Everyday Angels Foundation to hand deliver dresses to Elevate New York, an organization who pours into inner-city kids daily.

Didn't post at all yesterday since I was having a rough // sick day but started this morning off great with a light FC run and now enjoying these creamy apple peanut butter oats :) since I'm back to the #collegelife I had to microwave these instant oats but then I added 2 tbsp of powdered pb, some chia seeds, a couple splashes of protein nut milk and a honey crisp apple so yummy hope everyone has a splendid day of productivity and happiness!
